Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 May 2026
Using the service
KickBot is a free chat bot for Kick streamers. By logging in with your Kick account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You log in through Kick OAuth. You are responsible for what happens on your channel while the bot is connected, including the commands and auto messages you create. Do not use the bot to spam, harass, post illegal content or break Kick's own terms of service.
What we promise
We try to keep the bot online and working, but the service is provided as is. There is no uptime guarantee. We may update, change or pause features without notice. If something breaks, we will fix it as soon as we can.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to break, abuse or overload the service.
- Do not use the bot to send hateful, illegal or fraudulent messages.
- Do not impersonate other people or pretend to be staff.
- Do not resell, sublicense or rebrand KickBot as your own product.
We can disconnect any account that breaks these rules, with or without warning.
Your content
The commands, auto messages, hunts and tournaments you create belong to you. We only store them so the bot can use them on your channel. You can edit or delete them at any time.
Liability
We are not liable for losses, damages, missed sponsorships, banned channels, lost viewers or anything else that may happen while you use the bot. You use it at your own risk. If a court insists on a number, our total liability is limited to zero, since the service is free.
Independent project
KickBot is an independent project. It is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Kick. The Kick name and logo belong to their respective owners.
Ending the service
You can stop using KickBot whenever you want by logging out and revoking the bot's access on Kick. We can also shut down the service in the future if it becomes unsustainable. If that happens we will give a heads up where possible.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. The date at the top of the page will always show the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
